When combined with JM Joint machine, the jointing success rate can reach up to 99.9%, achieving optimal working conditions. One joint machine can coordinate with 2 to 3 garter spring coilers.
Customized Specification
For the less than 20 mm or more than 300 mm of free length, the joint machine can be customized, also with a user-friendly design, the high-speed automatic payoff (decoiler), safety cover, etc. satisfy any special requests.
Decoiler for Garter Spring Coiler
HD-80 is a high-speed spring decoiler option for garter spring coiler. Max production speed is 780rpm, with a loading capacity of 80kg.
